I. Convene Meeting; announcement of voting members
II. Introduction of attendees and announcement of who will be admitted into an Executive Session to discuss pending litigation, including more than one written notice to the Commission in which demand has been set forth for legal relief or which asserts a legal right stating the intention to institute an action before a court if such relief or right is not granted by the Commission.
III. Executive Session to discuss pending litigation regarding the seasonal dwelling registry, including more than one written notice to the Commission in which demand has been set forth for legal relief or which asserts a legal right stating the intention to institute an action before a court if such relief or right is not granted by the Commission. The pending litigation involves Section 11.19A of the Zoning Regulations and the registration of dwellings in the R-10 district.
